Wales is the perfect winter wonderland with its magical hills and woodland and the communities across Swansea and the Brecon Beacons have been preparing to host a hubbub of festive events to make your Christmas special.

Let’s take a peek at the wintery wonder on offer!

The welcoming City of Swansea never fails to offer up a cracking Christmas experience with a whole flurry of festive events. The festivities kick off with the City’s sparkling Christmas parade that lights up the City Centre just in time for the Christmas Market which welcomes visitors from across the UK. A magical transformation at Swansea Waterfront brings the festive fun of the fair and a cosy Alpine village with bars, eateries and ice-skating rink!

The Mumbles Pier will be hosting Santa this festive season with plenty of opportunities to join him at his tea party, or maybe schedule in a special breakfast, afternoon tea or visit with the Father of Christmas at his toyshop. And what would Christmas be without a festive panto? A star-studded cast brings a comical delight to the Swansea Grand this Christmas in the magical story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarves – a fun night out for all the family!
